本日はラーメン特集に掲載している「ラキラキラーメン」をレポートします。
皆さん、もち粉を使った麺を食べたことはありますか？
初めての感触で、もちもちとした麺にスープが絡み合います。
オーナーさんからのおすすめである、豚骨ブラックエディションラーメンをいただきました！
豚骨なのに臭みや脂っこさが全くなく、食べやすい味になっています。
実はラーメンだけではなく、JCK（Junya Crispy Chicken）もいただきました。
これはラキラキラーメンオリジナルの唐揚げであり日本の唐揚げとは少し味が違い、スパイスが効いた味付けです。
どんな味？って気になった方は、是非お店に足を運んでください！

Today, I would like to review "Raki Raki Ramen" from our Ramen Guide 2021.
Have you ever had noodles made with mochi flour?
The noodle texture is chewy and it is entwined with the soup.
The texture would be something you never tired.
I had the "Tonkotsu black edition ramen" recommended by the owner, Junya-san!
Although it is pork bone, it has no odor or greasiness and has an easy-to-eat taste.
Not only the ramen, but I also had JCK (Junya Crispy Chicken).
This is Raki Raki original fried chicken, which has a slightly different taste from Japanese fried chicken and is seasoned with spices.
You wanna know the taste of their ramen?
Then you must try Raki Raki ramen!
