仕事内容 Job Description:
Our Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated and proactive In-house Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
•Handle alerts regarding non-payment, missing documents, renewals, claims.
•Engage with clients via email and phone calls to address alerts promptly and professionally.
•Provide support to clients with claims, ensuring they have necessary information and assistance throughout the process.
•Address any client issues that arise and work towards resolution.
•Scheduled, gather necessary information, and confirm appointments for a policy review.
•Complete daily tasks and ensure all responsibilities are met before the end of the workday.

給与 $18/Hour
勤務日/時間
必要条件 •High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
