San Diego Town

We're looking to rent out our downstairs bedroom from May. Our home is located in Oceanside/Vista, bedroom is 10x12ft, unfurnished (but can come furnished), with a private bathroom and the remainder of the house is fully furnished. Our ideal roommate is someone who is clean, considerate, and likes to be out and about vs. staying at home all day. Ideally a grad/foreign exchange student, working professional who does not WFH. Must be clean, considerate of common spaces, and responsible. No pets, drugs, and preferably no overnight guests. About us— my husband and I both work full time. We love keeping active, going out and about on weekends, and travel when we have the time. We're extremely easy to get along with, but also mindful of our roommate's space and time. About the house— the home was built one year ago in a brand new community, and is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse. There is a laundry room upstairs, and street parking available. Rent will be $850 a month, with a split in utilities (around $50 a month) and deposit is $500.
