彼女はメキシコ人でMexico Cityの出身です。Communication MajorでMaster Degreeを持っています。会話は英語になります。今までも日本人女性（学生・社会人）とルームシェアをしていて、今回も日本人女性を希望しています。　2ベッド・２バスルームのコンドで、ルームメイトになる方にも専用の部屋とバスルームがあります。屋根付きのガラージもあります。

Room for rent in San Marcos:
It is clean and quiet place to study. About 20 minutes walking distance from Palomar College and about 30 minutes walking distance from Cal State San Marcos. The place is located on San Marcos Boulevard and close to restaurants, gym, bus stop, and train station. I'm seeking for a trustworthy and responsible roommate (female student). No smoking, no alcohol, and of course no drugs. No overnight guests, please. Amenities: WiFi, full use of kitchen, a private bathroom. Rent is $690/month + $200 security deposit.
