Doyle小学校のすぐ前に引っ越してきたのですが、１ヶ月もしないうちに、すぐに出なくてはいけなくなりました。どなたか引き続き賃貸してもらえる方を探しています。

部屋は改装したばっかりでキッチンやバスルーム、洗濯機や乾燥機も全て新品です。カーペットも新しく、もちろん土足で入っていません。

私達の引越しは9月14日。それ以降入居可能です。

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and take off shoes when we come in the room (Japanese style). So, our apartment has been kept very clean since we moved in this August. We lived here for less than a month. Most of our staff are not unpacked. We are really satisfied with this apartment but we need to move out because my career change.

Everything on the lease will stay the same except for the name on it. The lease expires in June 30, 2012. We will be vacating September 14th and the apartment can be moved into anytime after that. Please only serious applicants since the leasing office will treat you as a new tenant and will require the standard forms to be submitted. The apartment complex name is La Regencia and the address is 7675 Palmilla Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.

Rent: $1,525/month
Security Deposit: $850
(The $850 dollar credit deposit will transfer to the new tenant. The only thing I'm asking for is $750 of that deposit.)
