履歴書の書き方

英文のレジュメと日本語の履歴書は全く似て異なるものだと考えた方が良いかもしれません。英文レジュメを書く際には以下のことに気をつけてください。

  • 国籍、年齢、性別は関係ありません。ましてや写真を貼る必要はありません。
  • 事項は全て新しい順（クロノジカル）に掲載します。
  • どの会社で働いたか、どの学校を卒業したかより、そこで何をし、何を成し遂げたか、の方が重要です。詳細を記載しましょう。
  • 一度、ネイティブの方にプルーフリーディングして頂きましょう。
  • カバーレターは必須です。是非、用意しましょう。
  • 家族のことを書く必要は全くありません。レジュメはあなたの経歴です。
  • 関係無いと思っていた思いもかけない経験が実は会社に評価されたりします。ある程度の責任を勤め、長期で勤めたならアルバイトなども記入しましょう。
  • オリジナリティーのあるレジュメでインパクトを持たせましょう。勿論、ビジネスシーンに相応しいドキュメントであるべきです。
