何でも揃ったモダンなハウスで、お家はcul-de-sacに位置しているのでとても静かで安全な環境です。
便利な立地で、Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, San Diego空港など、主要な場所へは車で10〜20分で行けます。

ルームメイトはみんな明るく優しく、プロフェッショナルな仕事をしています。
普段は適度な距離感を保ちつつ、たまにみんなでバルコニーで一緒にBBQや夕食を楽しむこともあります。(^^)
静かで清潔な空間でみんなが心地よく過ごせるように思いやりを持って生活していますので、同じような価値観を持った方が来ていただけると嬉しいです！

入居日：9/1から　最低1年以上滞在できる方
家賃：＄950　（高速WIFI、 utility、ランドリーアクセス込み）
デポジット：＄950（何もなければもちろんRefundable）
駐車場：Street Parking　（十分に空きがあります）

★キッチン、シャワーは共有。
★大音量の音楽、喫煙はご遠慮いただいています。
★近くのスーパーまでも歩いていける距離で、バス停も近くにあります。
★EV Charging stationも必要に応じてご用意できます。

Beautiful & Serene Home with Respectful Roommates - $950/month

We have a harmonious and friendly household located in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac.
Just a 10–15 minute drive to key locations including Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, and the San Diego Airport.
One of our roommates is moving out to start a new chapter (he just got married!), so we’re looking for a like-minded person to join our home.

We are all working professionals – easygoing, respectful, tidy, and grounded in kindness and good values.
We appreciate a clean, calm living space and are seeking someone who shares the same lifestyle.
We have good amount of distance in our household, sometimes BBQ and dinner together.

Rent: $950/month for single occupancy including high-speed Wifi & utilities & EC charger & Laundry
Deposit: One month’s rent (refundable if no damage)
Parking: Plenty of street parking available
Environment: No smoking, no loud music, no drugs/substances
