Looking for a female age of 20s to 3bd house in Linda Vista. Student or a professionally working(International students are more than welcome too) The house us located right by highway 163. It’s super close to Mesa College within 5mins, and also within 10mins to mission valley or downtown, pretty much everywhere. My roommate and i are renting a single bedroom for $800, utilities included.The deposit is $700. No over night guests during weekdays but occasionally. *Common sense is required*

The lease is 1yr, but can be month to month. If you want to move out before the lease is over, you need to give us notice of at least one month or have a replacement before you moving out.
The house is newly remodeled. So you will have new carpet in your room. All kitchen applications are brand new as well.
There are a plenty of parkings on the street, right in front of the house if you have a car.

We would keep our place clean and comfy. Thats all the matters.
My roommate and i are both female. I go to school and work. My roommate works a lot even on weekends.
