今年7月26日から1年契約でUTCエリアのNobel Driveのアパートを契約しましたが、子供が産まれたので広めの部屋に引っ越す事にしました。こちらの部屋を新たに契約していただける方を探しています。
9月12日から入居可能です。家賃は月1740ドルです。契約の際にはデポジットが必要になります。

コスタベルデのショッピングセンターまで徒歩3分です。UTCへのバス停もとても近いです。ショッピングモールも徒歩10分ほどでいけます。洗濯機、乾燥機、オーブン、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、ウォークインクローゼット、ヒーターが設置されています。
最近、家庭用器具と、カーペットが新しくされましたのでとても綺麗です。
アパートにはジム、プールあります。
ペット可（犬、猫）です。
駐車場は無料です。







I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment in La Jolla Nobel, which is in the UTC area (approx. 2 miles away from UCSD. Bus stop to UCSD is near this apartment).


Since I got another larger apartment for my wife's delivery, I'm now looking for somebody who can move in my place in mid-September (the date is flexible according to your demand).
The rent is $1740 per month at this time (leasing office says it fluctuates day by day and new comer has to renew the contract) and you need the security deposit.

The apartment comes furnished with a microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, and Heater. This room was renovated recently so home appliance, wall, light, carpet etc. are very clean. The apartment also have the gym, pool. Parking is free. Costa Verde shopping center is within 3min walking distance.
