NPO Daruma はサンディエゴ・ロサンゼルスを中心に、ホームレスや低所得者向けの住宅や衣食住＋職をサポートするコミュニティ、駅街づくり作りを進めております。
現在、サンディエゴ、ヒルクレストビジネス協会と街づくりの話を進めており、Bank of America も一体となってまずはヒルクレストから土地開発をしていこうと話をしています。
NPO Darumaのビジョンは、ロサンゼルスとサンディエゴを更に行き来がしやすい都市にし、その両市にホームレスや低所得者向けの住宅や衣食住＋職をサポートするコミュニティを作ることです。
話が進んでいる、このヒルクレストから開発をはじめ、2028年のロサンゼルスオリンピック時にはサンディエゴにマラソンを誘致も構想に入れております。
サンディエゴとロサンゼルスを結んでいるアムトラックを巻き込み、駅街を作りそこをJapan Town としてスカイツリーやアニメを誘致、日本とサンディエゴ・ロサンゼルスの架け橋になる街づくりを目指しております。
只今NPO Darumaでは、この計画に参画、駅街づくりの構想を共に考えてくれる方を募集しております。
アイディアが採用され、実現となればその際は$1,000,000 を報酬としてお支払いいたします。

NPO Daruma is a non-profit organization that provides housing, food, clothing, shelter, and job support to homeless and low-income people in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas.
We are currently in discussions with the San Diego Hillcrest Business Association and Bank of America to develop land, starting with Hillcrest.
NPO Daruma's vision is to make Los Angeles and San Diego more accessible, and to create communities in both cities that support housing, food, clothing, shelter, and jobs for the homeless and low-income.
We will start with Hillcrest, which is in the process of being developed, and we also plan to bring the marathon to San Diego when the Los Angeles Olympics are held in 2028.
We are aiming to create a town that will be a bridge between Japan, San Diego and Los Angeles by involving Amtrak, which connects San Diego and Los Angeles, and creating a station district there and attracting Skytree and anime as Japan Town.
NPO Daruma is currently looking for people who would like to join us in this project and work together with us to create a station town.
If your idea is accepted and becomes a reality, we will pay you $1,000,000 as a reward.
